CRUMB EATER FEATURES:


- Crumb/sediment removal down to 5 micron

- Also easily handles large crumbs - If the crumbs can go through the fryer drain, the Crumb Eater can remove it!

- Unit uses a section of filter paper from a continuous roll!

- Change out of filter paper takes less than 1 minute.

- Clean oil can be used to “flush out the fryer” through it’s own drain

- 90 lb Oil Capacity



Steps to Filter a Fryer


1.)   Turn off the Fryer

2.)   Move The Crumb Eater in front of a fryer and plug it in (110 VAC power)

3.)   Connect the suction hose from the Crumb Eater to the drain on the fryer.

4.)   Open the drain valve on the fryer

5.)   Place the clean return wand into the fryer

6.)   Turn on the Crumb Eater.


Changing of the filter paper


1.)   The Crumb Eater Automatically senses when it is time to change the filter paper.

2.)   Crumb Eater Automatically stops the flow of dirty oil.

3.)   Crumb Eater Purges all oil back into the fryer.

4.)   Light indicates it is time to change the filter paper.

5.)   Operator unlocks the filter hopper, and raises it to the open position.

6.)   Operator advances the filter paper via a pushbutton, dirty filter paper and crumbs are pulled out of the filter.  Crumb falls into crumb pan, dirty filter paper is “rerolled” on itself.

8.)   When a new section of filter paper is present, operator lowers and locks the filter hopper.

9.)   Crumb Eater automatically starts filtering oil again.
