Filter, LLC was started based on the need for a small automatic filter
capable of filtering hot oil continuously while roasting or frying, and
capable of filtering down to the 3 to 5 micron particle range.
Patented Technology
The design and development of this product has produced a new innovative patented filter system called the Purafryer™. The Purafryer™ has proven to significantly increase roasting or frying oil life, slow the buildup of free fatty acids (FFA’s), and remove the fine contaminants that shorten oil life.
